We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telemarketer / Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing Call Center team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working on foreign campaigns, possess excellent spoken English with a clear American accent, and be comfortable engaging prospects across international markets.
This role requires a confident communicator who can build rapport quickly, generate leads, set appointments, and convert prospects through professional outbound calling campaigns. Candidates must be willing to work flexible schedules to accommodate clients in different time zones. Outbound telemarketing plays a critical role in lead generation, customer acquisition, appointment setting, and sales conversion activities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses in international markets.
- Promote products and services professionally and persuasively.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Follow approved campaign scripts while maintaining natural and engaging conversations.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle objections effectively and professionally.
- Accurately update CRM systems and call records.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality assurance sessions.
- Provide feedback on campaign performance and customer insights.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, or Outbound Call Center operations.
- Proven experience working on foreign campaigns (US, Canada, UK, Australia, or similar markets).
- Ability to communicate fluently in English with a clear and natural American accent.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong listening and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience using CRM software and call center tools.
- Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting.
- Experience in sales, customer acquisition, or business development campaigns.
- Familiarity with international customer service standards.
- Experience working in a high-volume outbound call center environment.
