ABOUT INCEPIFYAI
IncepifyAI is a US-headquartered enterprise AI consultancy deploying custom AI infrastructure into regulated financial markets across West Africa and beyond. We build AI systems that cut loan underwriting processing time by over 70% for Tier-1 banks — and we do it in partnership with elite local leaders who understand how these institutions work.
We are opening our first Regional Node in Nigeria and are looking for the person who will lead every client engagement we run on the ground.
THE ROLE
This is the most senior client-facing role in our Nigerian operations. You will be the single point of accountability between IncepifyAI and the C-suite of every bank we work with — the person who walks into a credit committee, earns trust within 15 minutes, and then delivers a technically complex AI implementation on time behind the scenes.
You are not a technical builder. You are the person technical builders need in the room to translate, protect, and drive the work forward. You have done this before, inside a Nigerian financial institution, and you know exactly which governance gates will stall a deployment if not managed early.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
▸ Own the complete client relationship from first executive meeting through bank-wide rollout
▸ Establish and chair the Joint Steering Committee with the bank’s Executive Sponsor
▸ Manage the 90-day pilot delivery timeline across a cross-functional team of up to 9 people
▸ Resolve procurement bottlenecks, IT security review gates, and credit policy alignment issues
▸ Escalate risks to the US HQ engineering team with enough context that they can act immediately
▸ Represent IncepifyAI in senior compliance, regulatory, and audit conversations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
▸ 8+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or senior project delivery inside a Nigerian or West African financial institution
▸ Personal existing relationships with decision-makers in at least 2 Tier-1 Nigerian banks
▸ Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines across technical and non-technical stakeholders simultaneously
▸ Working knowledge of CBN regulatory processes, bank procurement cycles, and credit committee operating norms
▸ PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
▸ You do not need to write code — but you need enough AI literacy to hold a credible conversation about what the system does
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary –Compensation is performance-based revenue sharing. exact sharing formula would be negotiated on a deal-by-deal basis. Earn up to $2,500–$2,500 per month, alongside commissions from client contracts and ongoing recurring revenue.
▸ Compensation – Mostly commission based but may include a monthly retainer plus performance-based revenue sharing. Earn up to $1,500–$2,000 per month, alongside commissions from client contracts and ongoing recurring revenue.
