What We Offer:
- Nurse Next Door People Promise, you love coming to work
- Casual Position: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
- 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
- 24/7 assistance related to client care
- In home care with private clients – 1 on 1 care

- High employee net promoter score. We take care of our staff and their needs.
- Flexible based on your availability and the business needs. Ranging from 3 hours to 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Service the Delta, Ladner and Tsawwassen areas
Requirements:
- You have to be COMPASSIONATE, KIND, CARING and want to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the life of a senior!
- 1 year previous caregiving experience
- Must be able to communicate verbally and write in English, other languages are an asset
- Must have BC Care Aide Registry#
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- First Aide/CPR
- Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle not a requirement but an asset
- Professional References
