Regional Director
Ready to Shape the Future of Global Education?
We are seeking an ambitious and strategically minded Regional Director to lead our West Africa operations based in Lagos. This strategic leadership role will drive regional growth, deliver ambitious student recruitment targets, and strengthen our market presence across West Africa.
The successful candidate will lead high-performing teams, build impactful institutional and agent partnerships, and implement innovative recruitment and business development strategies.
This opportunity is ideal for a visionary, results-driven leader who is passionate about international education and global mobility.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire
- Provide leadership across the West Africa region
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing recruitment and sales teams
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and excellence
Drive Growth
- Develop and execute regional recruitment and business growth strategies
- Expand student recruitment through agent networks, schools, and institutional partnerships
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen brand presence across the region
Build Strong Partnerships
- Manage relationships with agents, schools, embassies, and key stakeholders
- Lead commercial discussions, performance reviews, and partnership development
- Collaborate closely with marketing and recruitment teams to achieve targets
Deliver Operational Excellence
- Oversee regional performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior leadership experience in international education, recruitment, or a multi-site commercial environment
- Strong understanding of student recruitment and partnership management
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering growth targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to travel across the region when required
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- International education sector experience highly preferred
- Experience working with global education markets such as the UK, Canada, USA, or Australia is advantageous
- Full working rights in Lagos, Nigeria
