    About BeautynBrushes (BNB)

    BeautynBrushes (BNB) is an AI-powered beauty platform designed to help beauty professionals manage and grow their businesses more efficiently. We recently launched the beta version of BeautynBrushes 2.0, focused on helping beauty professionals run their businesses on autopilot through tools such as:

    • Online booking
    • Scheduling
    • Deposits
    • Automated confirmations & reminders
    • Client management
    • AI-powered business tools

    We are currently onboarding beauty professionals across Ghana, Nigeria, and the United States, Canada and are preparing for a major platform relaunch.

    As we grow, we are looking for someone who can help ensure beauty professionals successfully join, understand, and complete onboarding on the platform.

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Beauty Pro Success & Onboarding Specialist to help beauty professionals successfully onboard and begin using BeautynBrushes.

    This role is focused on guiding beauty professionals through setup, answering questions, providing support, and ensuring signups turn into fully onboarded and active users.

    You will be one of the first people beauty professionals interact with after signing up — making this a highly important role in the company.

    Key ResponsibilitiesBeauty Pro Onboarding & Activation

    • Contact every new beauty professional who signs up to BeautynBrushes
    • Guide beauty professionals through the onboarding process step-by-step
    • Ensure beauty professionals fully complete profile setup

    Including:

    • Portfolio uploads
    • Service setup
    • Pricing
    • Availability
    • Policies
    • Booking preferences
    • Deposits setup

    Support & Relationship Building

    • Answer questions from beauty professionals about the platform
    • Help troubleshoot onboarding challenges
    • Build strong relationships with beauty professionals
    • Provide a welcoming and professional onboarding experience

    Follow-Up & Retention

    • Follow up with incomplete signups via:
    • Calls
    • WhatsApp
    • Email
    • Ensure beauty professionals complete onboarding
    • Encourage platform adoption and usage

    Feedback & Product Insights

    • Identify common onboarding issues or questions
    • Report bugs, friction points, and feedback to the product team
    • Help improve the onboarding experience over time

    Who We’re Looking For

    You may be a great fit if you:

    • Have experience in customer support, onboarding, account management, sales, beauty, or customer success
    • Are confident speaking with people on the phone
    • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Are highly organized and proactive
    • Enjoy helping people solve problems
    • Can follow up consistently and professionally
    • Are comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and digital tools
    • Are dependable and accountable

    Nice to Have

    • Experience working in the beauty industry
    • Experience onboarding customers or clients
    • Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support systems
    • Experience working in startups

    • High onboarding completion rates
    • Beauty professionals successfully activating their accounts
    • Faster response times to new signups
    • Improved beauty pro satisfaction and retention
    • Fewer incomplete signups sitting inactive

    Pay: ₦110,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per hour
