About Us:

We’re a fast-growing car rental company based in Los Angeles, California. We rent out premium and exotic cars and work with a lot of great clients every day. We’re looking for a smart, reliable, and friendly Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us handle customer support.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You have great English (both writing and speaking).
  • You’re fast on the keyboard and can think on your feet.
  • You’re friendly, calm, and know how to deal with customers in a positive way.
  • You’re organized, responsible, and don’t need someone to remind you what to do.
  • You have a good internet connection and a quiet place to work.
  • Some experience with customer service, admin tasks, or working with US clients is a big plus.
  • Bonus if you’re familiar with platforms like Turo, Getaround, or car rental business in general (but not a must — we’ll train the right person).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to customer messages (text, email, sometimes calls).
  • Helping guests with rental questions, booking updates, pickup/dropoff instructions.
  • Following up with customers after their rental to get feedback.
  • Updating reservations and notes in our system.
  • Handling basic admin tasks when needed.

Working Hours:

  • Mainly US time (Pacific Time) – flexible schedule possible, but we’ll need some overlap with US business hours.
  • Around 30–60 hours per week.
