Location: St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands
Salary: Starting at £15.82 per hour + excellent colleague benefits
Job Type: Full-time 30 hours | Permanent | 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Friday)
This role is responsible for managing all hotel goods received, ensuring accurate processing, secure storage, and timely distribution across the property. Key duties include checking deliveries for accuracy, quality, and expiry dates; organising and maintaining dry stores, the cellar, and storage areas; and updating procurement and stock systems daily. The position oversees allergen segregation, stock rotation, and the creation of back orders or returns when required. It also involves maintaining accurate liquor records, conducting weekly cellar counts, supporting monthly stock-takes, and replenishing canteen supplies.
