Full job description

Lumiere Homes Ltd is looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to support our Community Bassed Supported Living services in Manchester.

You will support adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, and complex behaviours.

Main Duties:

  • Provide clinical support across placements
  • Monitor mental health and wellbeing
  • Complete risk assessments and care plans
  • Manage medication safely
  • Support staff during incidents and challenging behaviour
  • Carry out debriefs after incidents
  • Create Positive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care
  • Supervise and guide support staff
  • Work with psychiatrists, social workers, GPs, and other professionals
  • Attend reviews and care planning meetings

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with valid NMC registration
  • Experience supporting people with complex mental health needs
  • Experience with Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities
  • Knowledge of risk management and de escalation
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead staff

Desirable:

  • Supported Living or community experience
  • Experience with step down placements
  • UK driving licence and access to a car
