This is on top of our consistent Leap Frog Grade “A” rating as well as our CMS 5 star rating.Entering our 15th year as a private practice group, we are continually growing and evolving with the hospital and look forward to adding experienced Hospitalist talent to our team.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Hospitalist. This position is flexible and we will consider moonlighter applicants as well as those looking for part-time status. For moonlighters, option for joining the group full time will be considered after 6 months.

  • Full FTE is 182 shifts or equivalent per year.
  • Goal starting census is 12-14 patients. Round robin admissions of 1-2 per day.
  • Supported by 2 swing shifts helping with admissions as well as remote cross coverage.
  • Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist support with no procedure responsibilities.
  • Robust specialist consultant support.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid CA license
  • Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or family medicine
  • Proficiency in EPIC EMR

Compensation

  • Estimated total compensation of $390,000
  • Retirement benefits of Profit sharing + 3% match
  • Medical Benefits for Full Time

Pay: $350,000.00 – $390,000.00 per year
