About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, well-presented, and highly skilled Personal Assistant to work closely with the CEO. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a demanding business environment, can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain absolute confidentiality.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted support partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination across business activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Scheduling & Time Management
    Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure time is used efficiently.
  • Communication & Documentation
    Draft professional emails, letters, and reports; review documents for accuracy and clarity; manage inbox correspondence.
  • Research, Reporting & Presentations
    Conduct research, prepare executive-level presentations, and create clear, concise reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Travel & Logistics Coordination
    Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Meeting & Follow-Up Support
    Attend meetings when required, take accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure timely execution.
  • Project Monitoring
    Assist in tracking projects assigned to or led by the CEO and provide regular progress updates.
  • Expense & Administrative Support
    Handle expense claims, business travel reimbursements, and other administrative financial documentation.
  • Contact & Database Management
    Maintain organized records of professional contacts, clients, and business partners.
  • Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
    Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ad-hoc Executive Support
    Provide additional support and handle special assignments as directed by the CEO.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using digital tools and AI solutions to improve efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
  • Professional appearance and corporate etiquette
  • Flexible and willing to work outside regular hours when required
  • Prior experience in Consulting, Financial Advisory, or Real Estate is an advantage but not mandatory
