Full job description
For Nurses:
- Monitor and manage patient health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Provide wound care and basic medical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients and families on care procedures
For Carers:
- Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, feeding, dressing)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Ensure client safety and comfort
- Help with mobility and personal hygiene
- Report changes in the client’s condition
Requirements:For Nurses:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or home care experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
For Carers:
- Minimum of 6 months caregiving experience (formal or informal)
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Basic knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety practices
