About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our international university admissions team. The Head of Admissions Advisory will take charge of guiding strategy, coaching counselors, and ensuring outstanding results for students applying to universities in the UK, US, Canada, and other global destinations.
This role requires a strong leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on management, maintain excellent relationships with partner institutions, and guarantee a premium experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the admissions counseling team.
- Design and implement strategies that deliver strong admissions outcomes.
- Build and nurture partnerships with universities around the world.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery for students and parents.
- Act as the main point of contact for important clients and families.

- High university acceptance and placement rates.
- Positive feedback and satisfaction from clients.

Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree (required).
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in international university admissions, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a results-driven team.
