Job Opening: General Manager / Chief Operating Officer – Solar, Inverter & Power Solutions

Actolog Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented professional to serve as General Manager / Chief Operating Officer (GM/COO) to lead and grow its Renewable Energy Business, specifically in Solar, Inverter, and UPS power solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
With over 20 years of industry excellence, Actolog Solutions is a well-established name in Nigeria’s power sector, offering top-tier energy solutions backed by strong global partnerships across Europe, the USA, Canada, and Asia.
Key Focus Areas:
Our renewable energy division specializes in:
- Solar Energy Systems (on-grid and off-grid)
- Inverter Backup Solutions
- UPS Systems for critical and sensitive applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the solar, inverter, and UPS business operations
- Drive business development, sales growth, and project delivery
- Manage product performance, customer satisfaction, and service quality
- Build and lead a high-performing technical and commercial team
- Identify new opportunities for innovation and market expansion
- Strengthen relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–7 years experience in the Solar, Inverter, and UPS industry
- Strong understanding of Nigeria’s renewable energy market and customer needs
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results
- Excellent business acumen, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Passion for sustainable energy and technological innovation
