A&W in Campbell River is hiring a full-time Food Service Supervisor for our Discovery Harbour location. This is a permanent position for someone who enjoys leading a team, delivering great guest service, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $20.00
- Guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week based on business needs

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and organize team members involved in food preparation and service
- Create staff schedules and ensure daily operations run smoothly
- Monitor food quality to ensure it meets company and safety standards
- Train new and existing staff on job tasks, hygiene, and workplace safety
- Manage inventory by tracking supplies, placing orders, and reducing waste
- Maintain accurate records related to sales, stock levels, and losses
- Handle cash procedures, including opening and closing duties
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive guest experience
- Promote a respectful and cooperative work environment among team members
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food preparation or food service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy setting
- A friendly attitude with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
- Willingness to learn, grow, and support team development
- Availability to work 32–40 hours per week
