Role Summary

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Twinkle Healthcare’s clinical operations and growth plans. This position serves as a key financial partner to leadership, providing insight into budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and financial modeling.

You will be responsible for monitoring financial performance across service lines and clinics, explaining results, identifying risks and opportunities, and helping leaders make informed, data-driven decisions. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, reimbursement structures, and financial drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data across clinics, service lines, and departments to produce meaningful insights, reports, and presentations for leadership
  • Monitor monthly performance by comparing actual results to budget, prior periods, and updated forecasts
  • Track and evaluate key financial and operational drivers such as revenue growth, payer mix, reimbursement trends, clinician productivity, margins, and expenses
  • Develop and maintain consistent financial reporting tools and dashboards while improving reporting processes and workflows
  • Lead annual budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning in partnership with clinical and operational teams
  • Create financial models to support new services, clinic expansions, pricing strategies, and strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with leadership to identify cost-reduction opportunities, efficiency improvements, and smart investment decisions
  • Provide financial support for cross-functional projects by delivering clear analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to service-line leaders through regular performance reviews and ongoing financial guidance
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, billing, and clinical teams to strengthen financial outcomes and operational performance
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, MSc in Finance, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, healthcare finance, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders

Preferred Experience

  • Background in healthcare services, especially multi-location or multi-service organizations
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, payer mix analysis, and provider economics
  • Experience partnering closely with senior leadership and operational teams
  • Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
