OVERNIGHT & EVENING REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME 100% OPPORTUNITY
Conscientia Health, a growing psychiatric practice, is seeking remote Patient Care Coordinators to support evening and overnight coverage across time zones. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments, handling calls, assisting with medical billing, and maintaining patient records.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Experience in sales strategies and working toward sales quotas
- Confident experience in verbal and written communication skills
● Strong computer literacy and comfort with remote collaboration tools
● Prior call center, medical office, or front desk experience
● Have experience or interest in reporting and interpreting data to support informed decision-making
● Are skilled at compiling paperwork and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
● Can assist in auditing processes and support compliance efforts
● Excel at multitasking and staying organized in fast-paced, high-volume environments
● Demonstrate precision in record keeping and accurate data entry
● Understand or are open to learning how to use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance
● Communicate with professionalism and confidence using excellent phone etiquette
● Brings a proactive, dependable work ethic and the ability to multitask under pressure, paired with a genuine passion for patient-centered care and contributing to a purpose-driven team.
THIS IS A CONTRACT TO HIRE POSITION.
WILLINGNESS TO WORK EVENING AND NIGHT SHIFT IS REQUIRED.
2 NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE.
2 POSITIONS FOR EVENING SHIFT A – WILL BE 1PM TO 9:30 PM NIGERIAN TIME OR
2 POSITIONS FOR NIGHT SHIFT B- 9 PM TO 5:00 AM NIGERIAN TIME
CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE AND HEALTHCARE IS A PLUS but training will be provided.
Start date is ASAP.
College graduate/degree REQUIRED. Excellent growth opportunity.

Must be proficient in microsoft suites, Electronic medical records, computer skills, excellent communication skills required, work in a friendly multinational/global team of professionals.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, IT, communications, social work, business administration, medical billing and claims processing highly preferred.
