About the Role:
We’re looking for a Creative Virtual Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, highly creative environment. This role blends administrative support with visual content creation, social media assistance, and short-form video editing.
You’ll help keep the day-to-day running smoothly while contributing to the visual voice of our agency. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong eye for content — especially for platforms like Reels and TikTok — this is for you.
Responsibilities:
Admin + Project Support
- Manage inbox, scheduling, and meeting prep
- Organize files, assets, and internal communication
- Track timelines and deliverables for creative projects
- Support client onboarding and follow-ups
Social Media + Marketing Support
- Draft and schedule content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Write engaging, on-brand captions
- Engage with followers via comments or DMs
- Help maintain and update content calendars
Design + Content Creation
- Create branded graphics using Canva (Adobe tools a plus)
- Assist with flyers, email headers, story slides, and presentations
Video Editing – Required
- Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikToks, and stories
- Add captions, transitions, music, and on-screen text
- Repurpose raw video content into engaging, on-brand pieces
- Must be experienced with tools like CapCut, Canva Video, iMovie, Adobe Rush, or similar
You’re a Good Fit If You…
- Are available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
- Have strong video editing experience (this is required)
- Communicate clearly and work independently
- Can follow creative direction while adding fresh, original input
- Have great time management and are detail-oriented
- Are comfortable with fast turnarounds and shifting priorities
- Can handle both admin and creative responsibilities
Bonus If You…
- Have supported a creative agency or brand before
- Know how to schedule content using Later or similar tools
- Understand basic brand strategy or visual storytelling
