This role is perfect for someone who genuinely understands and cares about Warhammer and wants to help ensure it’s represented properly in games and animation.
As a Brand Assurance Representative, you’ll be part of a team that works closely with external studios and internal departments to make sure every licensed project stays true to the Warhammer universes. That means applying good judgement, strong research skills, and a deep familiarity with the lore to evaluate creative work as it develops.
You’ll review things like visuals, audio, character designs, and narrative elements, using your knowledge and instincts to decide whether they feel authentic within Warhammer. When something doesn’t quite fit, you’ll be expected to investigate the details, explain why, and help guide it in the right direction. Accuracy and consistency matter, and fans notice when things are done right — or wrong.
Clear communication is central to this role. You’ll act as a representative of the Warhammer brand, sharing feedback in a professional and constructive way. Building positive working relationships is important, whether you’re collaborating with colleagues internally or liaising with external partners. You’ll need to be comfortable handling challenges, responding thoughtfully, and making sure feedback is understood and acted upon.
Alongside the creative side of the job, there’s a strong organisational element. You’ll track submissions, approvals, and reference materials, keep detailed records, and make sure licensed assets are properly documented and protected.
This is a busy and varied role, but for someone who enjoys combining creativity, analysis, and communication — especially within video games or animation — it’s a rewarding opportunity. You may even find yourself playing games as part of the job, all in the name of quality assurance.
