Job summary

The Admission & Visa Executive is responsible for managing student placements, admission documentation, and visa processing for clients seeking to study abroad in multiple destinations, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Asia, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on study destinations, programs, and visa options, helping students and parents choose suitable courses and institutions.
  • Support students with admission applications and document preparation, reviewing submissions for accuracy, and liaising with universities.
  • Assist students with visa documentation, interview preparation, and appointment scheduling while staying updated on immigration policies.
  • Research scholarships, trending study destinations, and education opportunities, and recommend improvements to PGE’s services.
  • Plan and coordinate webinars or virtual sessions for student engagement, collaborating with marketing to create relevant topics and content.
  • Follow up on inquiries, convert leads into confirmed admissions, promote additional PGE services, and represent the company at events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and education agents, supporting new partnership registrations and managing agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of admissions, visa approvals, and pending applications, submitting timely reports and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills and Analytical Thinking.
