About SunSmart Windows of Dallas
SunSmart Windows of Dallas is a new and fast-growing home services company specializing in energy-efficient replacement windows designed to help homeowners lower energy bills, improve comfort, and increase home value.
We’re building our foundational sales team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and looking for motivated individuals who want to gain real-world sales experience while earning strong commissions.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct canvasser outreach in residential neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about window replacement and energy efficiency
- Educate homeowners on how new windows can improve comfort and reduce energy costs
- Set qualified appointments for our inspection and closing team
- Represent SunSmart Windows of Dallas professionally in the field
What You’ll Earn
- 1099 commission-based role
- Average reps earn $85,000–$125,000 annually
- Uncapped commissions with weekly earning potential
