About The Role

At Versatile Club , we are hiring on behalf of a academic medical center based in Boston, USA , operating at the forefront of the healthcare industry . The organization is undergoing a major identity modernization initiative to strengthen access controls and protect sensitive health data across its systems.

We are looking for a Lead SailPoint Administrator to support their enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management (IAM) environment.

You’ll be responsible for leading application onboarding , customizing lifecycle workflows , and ensuring scalable, secure identity governance for healthcare-critical system

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the onboarding of applications using SailPoint connectors like Delimited, JDBC, Active Directory, and Web Services.
• Develop and configure rules and workflows, including pre-/post-provisioning rules, certification rules, and policies.
• Manage Identity Lifecycle processes – Joiner, Mover, Leaver.
• Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning issues, sync failures, and job errors in real-time.
• Configure custom reports, Quicklinks, email templates, and task/role management.
• Schedule and monitor batch jobs and ensure timely notifications.
• Assist with environment setup, platform patching, and SailPoint upgrades across Dev, Test, and Prod environments.

Required Skills

• 3–8 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) platform administration.
• Strong hands-on skills in connector onboarding (Delimited, JDBC, AD, WebServices).
• Deep knowledge of workflow and rule development in SailPoint.
• Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management (JML).
• Proven ability in debugging, issue resolution, and supporting live IAM environments.
• Familiarity with task and role configuration, scheduler setup, and custom reporting.

Nice To Have

• SailPoint certification(s) (e.g., SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer).
• Understanding of IAM compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR).
• Experience with cloud identity integrations (e.g., Azure AD, AWS, Google Workspace).
