Key Technical Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Ionic, Angular, and Node.js frameworks
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
- Expertise in software architecture and full-stack development
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Must not be a job hopper
