EVENT SECURITY DISPATCHERS
Location: EDMONTON AREA

We are seeking EVENT SECURITY DISPATCHERS FOR THE EDMONTON area.
Rate of pay $21.00 per hour
Primary Event Security Dispatcher Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Must be able to write an incident report and review your team’s incident report.
- Must be able to coach, train and mentor their team effectively.
- Must be able to communicate effective in English both Verbally and in Writing
- Observes and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property its assets and personnel.
- Must be able to work where liquor is being sold and be able to be certified with AGLC for Liquor legislation and enforcement.
- Satisfy client and management needs by providing excellent customer service while minimizing risk to the client’s property and assets.
- Must be able to communicate well with other emergency and law enforcement agencies.
- Experience in Dealing with Clients and Management in high stress environment.
- Must be able to Multitask.
- Must be able to have prior knowledge and experience using CCTV software’s.
- Must have experience using 2-way radios.
- Must be able to effectively communicate over 2-way Radio’s, Phone and Communication Software
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid Alberta Security License
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in Dispatching / Event Command experience.
- Must have an open availability between April 1 and September 1, 2025, more specifically between 3pm and Midnight.
- Must have or be able to complete AGLC certification of Protect and Proserve
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the site or be able to utilize public transportation.
- Certification in ICS 100-200-400 considered an asset.
- Any Certification relating to this role will be considered an asset.
