- Partner with engineers to set up CI/CD pipelines, making sure new models and updates move smoothly into production.
- Maintain and optimize data workflows so they’re scalable, efficient, and dependable.
- Follow best practices for software development, including testing, documentation, and version control.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their needs and turn them into actionable, data-driven solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s or PhD is a bonus).
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning.
- Strong Python skills, plus experience with ML libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with PySpark and large-scale data processing.
- Background in building and maintaining APIs for ML or data applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and handling big datasets at scale.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of optimization techniques, operations research, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
- Experience working with distributed systems to speed up performance.
- Strong statistical background applied to business problems.
- Awareness of accessibility best practices and how to create inclusive digital experiences.
