Vetcove’s eCommerce and mobile platforms enable veterinary practices to compare and buy from all of their vendors in one place. Our community of more than 17,000 veterinary hospitals employs tens of thousands of veterinarians, and delivers care to many millions of animals every year across all 50 states. Simply put, Vetcove helps veterinary organizations spend more time giving care, and less time shopping and comparing across vendors to supply their practices. As a Talent Sourcer at Vetcove, you will play a critical role in helping to expand the team with top talent. In this role, you will partner with the recruiting team and leaders across the business to define sourcing strategies, attract and engage passive candidates, and build and maintain healthy candidate pipelines across a variety of departments.
What You’ll Do
- Source and engage top talent for unique and evergreen roles across all teams and departments
- Partner with the recruiting team to determine best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods
- Analyze sourcing funnel and conversion metrics to provide recommendations on how to increase response and interest rates
- Create creative sourcing strategies
- Help with resume review in our ATS Ashby
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to operate with a high sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail
- A customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $50,000/year – $100,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $65,000 – $85,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what Vetcove may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The range reflects the base hourly rate or annual compensation (as applicable), and does not include bonus, equity or other incentives.
