Full job description
Pilgrim’s Europe are expanding in Ashbourne! We are looking for Production Operatives across three shifts to start in March 2025.
: Ashbourne
: Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00 or 16:45 – 01:15
: from £12.00 to £12.50 per hour – depending on shift and area of production
:
- Process and pack raw product in a chill environment in line with customer specification, whilst meeting all necessary KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency
- Complete appropriate training programme within first 13weeks of employment
- Be proficient on speed, quality of work, attitude and attendance at work
- Ensure that all aspects of Company policy regarding Health & Safety and bird welfare are followed at all times to ensure good standards of working environment
- Attend Company training sessions in Basic Food Hygiene etc., as required and put learning and development into practice whilst at work
