We are a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care and support our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care. Responsibilities: – Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care – Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians – Monitor and record patient progress – Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans – Provide education and support to patients and their families – Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records – Participate in quality improvement initiatives Requirements: – Current RN licensure – Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) – Minimum 1 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment – Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Qualifications: – Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) – Specialized certifications (e.g., CCRN, CNOR) – Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
