Managing Director of Real Estate Private Equity/Fund Raising
Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-focused leader to serve as our Head of Deal Structuring & Capital Strategy. This individual will lead the end-to-end process of evaluating, structuring, and capitalizing real estate investments. You will work cross-functionally with acquisitions, finance, and executive leadership, and directly interface with investors and lenders to ensure our deals are financially sound, well-presented, and successfully funded.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Structuring:
- Lead financial modeling and capital structuring for new and existing real estate deals (equity, debt, JV, etc.).
- Optimize deal terms to balance return profiles, risk, and market dynamics.
Capital Strategy & Fund Raising:
- Design and execute capital-raising strategies across institutional, family office, and private investors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and capital partners.
- Identify, engage, and secure new sources of capital for real estate acquisitions and development projects.
- Oversee investor relations, ensuring transparency and regular communication on investment performance.
- Lead negotiations on term sheets and capital partner agreements.
Investor & Lender Materials:
- Oversee the creation of investment teasers, pitch decks, and financial summaries.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with investor expectations and brand positioning.
- Present deals directly to prospective investors and lending institutions.
Comparative & Market Analysis:
- Conduct or oversee comparative deal analysis, market research, and investment benchmarking.
- Stay on top of market trends to inform pricing, exit assumptions, and capital strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Build and manage a high-performing team of analysts and associates.
- Create a culture of rigor, collaboration, and speed in execution.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related capital markets role
- MBA/CFA
- US/European market experience preferred
- Deep understanding of real estate finance, capital structures, and investment underwriting
- Proven experience raising capital or closing deals with institutional or private investors
- Excellent communication skills and ability to pitch complex ideas with clarity
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Strong leadership and project management experience

Compensation package:
Basic Salary : US$3,000/Month plus commissions ( approximately US$8000 – 10,000/Monthly in total compensation)
