    Job Description

    Fiix Software connects customers to the tools, resources, and technology they need for maintenance success. With our AI-driven software and industry expertise, we help customers achieve better results. Within Rockwell Automation, we’re a collaborative and diverse team, fostering a caring culture with strong development opportunities. As a Revenue Operations Co-op, you’ll work on challenging projects and have opportunities to make a positive impact.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Aid the maintenance of Salesforce database through ongoing data cleanups/integrity exercises
    • Work with operations teams to uncover and document gaps in sales and marketing funnel.
    • Use an array of tools connected to Salesforce, including Data Loader, Outreach, and Gong
    • Work with the Revenue Operations team to build documentation around best practices and improvements.
    • You should expect to finish this placement with an understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS), revenue lifecycle of a customer and data analysis fundamentals.

    The Essentials – You Will Have:

    • Current enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher

    The Preferred – You Might Have:

    • A degree in business, finance, organizational studies, data analytics, or similar in process
    • Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
    • Locality within the Greater Toronto Region (GTA)

    This opportunity will be a 4-month term for Summer 2025
