Repton School is looking for a reliable and friendly Hospitality Assistant to help deliver a welcoming and high-quality service to pupils, staff, and visitors across the school.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day hospitality operations, making sure service is professional, efficient, and delivered to a high standard at all times. You will mainly work within the Senior School but will also be expected to support the Prep School and assist with other school or enterprise events when required.
As the hospitality service operates across multiple areas of the school, you must hold a full driving licence and be comfortable driving a department vehicle. The role also involves some physical tasks, including moving equipment, setting up spaces, and handling supplies.
Repton is a busy and vibrant school environment, so the successful candidate will be organised, adaptable, and comfortable working as part of a team. A positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and an understanding of working in a school setting are essential.
This is a permanent, full-time, term-time-only position, working 40 hours per week across five days out of seven, with additional enterprise hours as required. The role is based in Repton, Derbyshire, and pays £13.65 per hour.
