Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Assistant to support various departments, including sales, technical support, customer service, and operations. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and career growth opportunities in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
– Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
– Provide product information and technical specifications to clients.
– Support sales executives in preparing quotations, invoices, and order processing.
– Follow up on leads and customer requests to enhance sales performance.
– Maintain customer records and update CRM software with relevant data.
2. Technical Support & Product Assistance
– Gain an in-depth understanding of electric fencing systems and related security products.
– Assist customers in troubleshooting basic product issues and installations.
– Participate in product training and demonstrations for clients.
– Coordinate with the technical team for service and installation support.
3. Operations & Logistics
– Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
– Support logistics in tracking and fulfilling customer orders.
– Help in coordinating product deliveries and service requests.
4. Digital & Marketing Support
– Assist in managing online customer interactions and social media queries.
– Support marketing efforts, including content creation and product promotions.
– Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and training sessions.
Requirements & Qualifications
– A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced business environment.
– Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
– Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or technical products is a plus.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Willingness to travel for client visits and training when required.
