Job Description:

Novah Group Limited is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team.

Location – Edinburgh Airport

Start Date – 1st June 2026

8 hour shifts & 10 hour shifts

Start times – 4am, 9am & 11am Start Times

security support & flow hosts – you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients during busy periods, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. As a security support representative, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers while efficiently managing queues and facilitating smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage queues and direct customers to the appropriate service areas, keeping lines moving efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to company cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and address any issues that arise.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, safety, and security.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and job responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Fluent English speaking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
  • Willingness to undergo an extensive background check as part of the hiring process.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
