Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
- Lead and manage technical teams, including IT, development, and operations
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of technical infrastructure and architecture
- Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the financial sector
- Strong understanding of technology trends, infrastructure, and architecture
- Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams and driving business growth through technology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
