We are on the lookout for a proactive Business Development Manager who can help us expand our footprint, secure new opportunities, and build a network of marketers to scale our growth.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Source, pitch, and close deals with clients, partners, and organizations.
  • Drive growth across our fintech, crypto, and software solution services.
  • Build and lead a team of independent marketers/agents, ensuring they are motivated and effective.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and manage client onboarding smoothly.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
  • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and report key insights to the leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (ideally in fintech, crypto, or software).
  • A strong network and proven ability to win new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit — able to work independently and also lead others.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets.
  • Knowledge of fintech and digital solution markets is a big plus.

What You’ll Get

  • ₦150,000 monthly base salary.
  • 8% commission on every project you bring in.
  • Extra earnings from the marketer network you build and manage.
