Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience contributing to initiatives or cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
- Experience with data analysis, financial/operational modeling and structured problem solving.
- Ability to work on their own and proactively to deliver results with limited oversight.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and grow in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver high-quality analysis.

As a Strategic Projects Associate within ABS&O, you will drive analysis and execution for transformational initiatives across Google’s advertising business. You will partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and build deliverables that bring new platforms to life. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design and scale operating models, frameworks and processes that deliver durable growth and impact for ALCS.
- Drive workstreams such as organizational design, investment analyses, AI-first execution pilots and cross-organizational special projects.
- Structure data, develop frameworks and synthesize insights that simplify complexity and inform decision making.
- Collaborate with partners in GTM, LCS, Finance, Marketing and other teams to ensure alignment and accelerate execution.
- Sharpen problem-solving, communication and execution skills while contributing to projects spanning multiple domains.
