We are looking for intelligent, self-motivated graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees in the Counseling and Visa Departments, where they will gain industry-relevant skills while actively contributing to our organization’s growth.
Job Responsibilities:
– Working closely with internal teams to understand departmental functions and contribute effectively.
– Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making across different units.
– Maintain accurate documentation and reports to ensure smooth operations.
– Assist with internal and external communication, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
– Research and stay updated on industry requirements and policy changes for different study destinations.
– Support the team in maintaining and organizing student records, ensuring all information is up to date.
– Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, events, and open days.
– Support the marketing team in content creation, including social media updates and digital campaigns.
– Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and internal meetings.
Requirements:
– A recent graduate (NYSC member or recently completed NYSC).
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
– High level of professionalism, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
– Interest in the education consulting industry and a passion for student success.
